Jim Clark, Director of Off-Campus Education and Business Advisor

Jim Clark joined the SCHC team in 2007, after working as an Academic Advisor in the Undergraduate Division of the Moore School of Business for five years. In his time with SCHC, he has been kept busy advising students and coordinating the Off-Campus Education component of the Honors College’s curriculum.

A nominee for the Campus’ Outstanding Freshman Advocate award, the Ada B. Thomas Award for outstanding academic advisor, and a winner of the Two Thumbs Up Award from Disability Services,  Jim’s warmth and tireless dedication make him an essential part of SCHC’s friendly, student-focused atmosphere.

When he is not helping students plan their academic futures, he coordinates with Honors College faculty on SCHC’s travel courses and helps promote the Washington Semester Program.   Every year The College creates unique Maymester courses that allow students to travel the globe and gain understanding of another culture.

In his free time, Jim is an amateur photographer whose hidden talents include juggling.
