Honors Residence Facility Reservation

The Honors Learning Center is dedicated to supporting Honors College students and the university community in exploring and creating academic programs that enhance educational experiences.

To Make a Reservation:

1. Check the Calendar for room availability.  Give at least THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS NOTICE. Please note:

No reservations may be made for Classrooms (B110, B111, or B112) during regular business hours, M-F, 9am-5pm.  

No recurring reservations may be made for the B119 conference room during regular business hours, M-F, 9am-5pm.

2. Read the guidelines for reserving space in the Honors Residence Learning Center classrooms.  The room capacities are listed next to their check boxes in the request form.  For more information about layouts, or to see pictures of the spaces, click here.

3. Complete the fields below.

External Requests

If you are requesting space on behalf of a registered student organization, the external request fields are required.

An Honors College sponsor must be present at any external events.  You must make arrangements to have a sponsor present before making your room request.

Additional Event Information

All groups serving food in the Honors Learning Center are responsible for removing all food/trash from the building.  No food/trash is to be left in the room.
