ALL4SC is working with local childcare providers and schools to provide care for infants and toddlers and support for their families by incorporating early Head Start classrooms as part of a larger 0-5 strategy in support of the community school model. The proposed 0-3 early childhood center will offer an English/Spanish language program, incorporate the South Carolina Program for Infant and Toddler Care to promote relationship-based care with continuity, and offer career pathways through adult education programs and local schools through Midlands Technical College for early childhood educators and parents.
