  • Bassoon students in symphony rehearsal

Our woodwind faculty members are nationally known performers and teachers who lead by example in their own performing and teaching careers. Students can expect individual attention, high standards and a supportive learning environment.

Each student is challenged to develop his or her own musicianship to the highest degree while following individual career goals. Wind and orchestra ensembles, chamber music opportunities and master classes with guest artists broaden the musical boundaries for woodwind students at Carolina. Our graduates go on to successful careers as performers and teachers.
